E.U.P. Community Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

The E.U.P. Community Dispute Resolution Center (CDRC) is a non-profit organization established locally in 1993. The organization is funded in part by the Community Dispute Resolution Program of the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) to promote resolution alternatives to the court processes. We serve Chippewa, Luce and Mackinac Counties in the Eastern Upper Peninsula.

Mediation is a process that enables people to resolve disputes or conflict by talking with one another in an informal, safe and confidential setting. Our Mission is to provide citizens with the opportunity to mediate disagreements, determine their own solutions and resolve differences using a process that is respectful and educational.
